Devon Bagcats Awards

Following Plymouth Leander's many successes at the Devon County Championships trophies were awarded to the six highest BAGCAT scoring swimmers in each age group after the last event on Sunday March 25th. PL swimmers placed first in both the 11 and 14 year girl age groups and for boys in the 9,11,12,13 and 14 year age groups and collected 30 of the BAGCAT trophies in total.

 

BAGCAT Winners

Tegan Drew

 

Tegan Drew was the 11yr girls BAGCAT champion with 1975 points having won an incredible 11 golds and breaking 5 County records. A great achievement.

 

 

 

 

Jade Scott won the Open and Junior 50/100/200m Breastroke Championships and broke the 200m Breastroke county record by 2 secs with a time of 2:33.35. She won gold for the 14 years 200IM Champ and is the 14 years BAGCAT Champion.

Harry NobleWilliam Greenwood won gold in 200 back, 100IM, 200IM and 200 free and is the 9 year boys BAGCAT champion.

 

Harry Noble is the 11yr boys BAGCAT champion winning gold in 200 free, 400 free, 200 back and 200IM and bronze for 200 fly.

 

 

Nathan Greenwood

Nathan Greenwood won the 12yr boys BAGCAT championship with gold in 100 free, 200 free, 200IM, silver in 100IM, 400IM, 400 free, 100 back, 100 breast, 200 back and 200 breast and bronze in the 1500 free.

 

George Epsly is the 13 year boys BAGCAT champion and James Wilson the 14year boys BAGCAT champion.
